Greg is a Bucks County native who lives in the riverfront community of Washington Crossing and is consistently one of Addison Wolfe's top-producing agents.  Greg began his career as a CPA, but recognizing his passion for real estate, he attended The Wharton School and earned his MBA in Finance & Real Estate, and launched his nearly twenty-year career in institutional real estate investment.

He served in senior positions in real estate development and investment firms in Philadelphia and New York, but spent the bulk of his career at Philadelphia’s venerable Pitcairn Properties. There Greg served as Senior Vice-President & Director of Asset Management and was responsible for the operation of the company’s portfolio of commercial office buildings, retail centers, multi-family rental buildings, and residential condominium developments. While at Pitcairn, Greg oversaw the creation of one of Center City Philadelphia’s marquee luxury condominium projects, “The Ellington”. He supervised the architectural design, construction, marketing, and sales of the award-winning project, which was named “Luxury Condominium of the Year” by Philadelphia’s Building Industry Association.

In New York, Greg was part of the team that developed “The Magellan”, a market-leading luxury residential project in mid-town Manhattan. He supervised the marketing, leasing, management, and interior design of this highly-acclaimed project.

Over the course of his career, Greg has negotiated highly complex leases for millions of square feet of commercial office, retail, and industrial space. He has orchestrated the purchase and sale of many commercial assets, ranging from small medical office buildings and neighborhood retail centers, to large multi-building portfolios. He has supervised substantial construction projects and understands the complexities and risks associated with both ground-up construction and comprehensive renovations.

Over the years, Greg has enjoyed building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with investment partners, lenders, tenants, and buyers. He has established a reputation based on honesty and integrity, and has a keen customer-service orientation. Greg enjoys helping others achieve their objectives, whether it be finding the right primary residence, investment property, or weekend retreat.

Greg is licensed in Pennsylvania, and looks forward to helping you complete your next transaction.

GREG'S REVIEWS

Bought a Single Family Home in Washington Crossing, PA

Greg Dwornikowski exceeded our expectations of a real estate professional. He arrived early before he showed us each property and was prepared with all the information. There was never any judgement on any property we wanted to see and we must have seen 25-30 houses before finding our perfect home. Greg always took the time to reflect back to us what was important to us and what that costs in the marketplace. He was an excellent teacher. Without his professional knowledge of the market and his guidance in bidding, we would never have won the bidding war for our new home. Team that professionalism with warmth, humor, and empathy and you have a guide you can count on to make the hunt as easy, fast, and fun as possible, even in this crazy market.
